Why the Client Chose Our Sports Vinyl Flooring
- Thickness-Based Shock Absorption: Shock absorption increases from at least 15% for the 4.5mm product to at least 35% for the 8.0mm product, allowing the flooring to be selected according to different sports and protection requirements.
- Stable Ball Performance: Ball bounce performance is at least 90% across all available thicknesses, making the flooring suitable for basketball, volleyball and multi-purpose sports halls.
- Controlled Sliding Performance: A sliding coefficient of 80–110 helps provide controlled movement while reducing the risk of excessive slipping or sudden stopping.
- Reliable Impact and Wear Resistance: The flooring achieves an impact resistance result of at least 8N/m and an abrasion resistance result of no more than 350mg.
- Low Vertical Deformation: Vertical deformation is controlled at no more than 2mm across all thickness options, supporting stable footing during sports activities.
- Optional Surface Protection: SINOPROTECT treatment can be selected to improve surface protection and simplify routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Controlled Indoor Emissions: TVOC emissions after 28 days are below 200μg/m³ according to ISO 16000-6.
- Flame-Retardant Performance: The product achieves a B1 fire rating according to GB 8624-2012.
