Product Information
Our 2.0 mm Heterogeneous Vinyl Flooring Roll is designed for commercial interiors requiring easy maintenance, dimensional stability, stain resistance, and a durable protective surface. The compact roll format reduces the number of floor joints, while compatible hot-welding rods can be used to create sealed seams for healthcare, education, office, retail, and other public interior applications.
The standard tested construction features a 2.0 mm overall thickness, a 0.30 mm wear layer, and a roll size of 2 m × 20 m. Optional antibacterial and iodine-resistant surface treatments can be evaluated according to project requirements.

Technical Note: The values above are reproduced from the supplied technical parameter sheet for a heterogeneous vinyl flooring roll with a 2.0 mm overall thickness and a 0.30 mm wear layer. Antibacterial and iodine-resistant surface treatments are listed as customization options and should not be treated as standard features unless confirmed in the final product specification and supporting test documentation.
Reduced Number of Floor Joints: The 2 m × 20 m roll format covers large areas with fewer seams than modular flooring, supporting easier cleaning and a more continuous finished appearance.
Excellent Stain and Chemical Resistance: The supplied technical data records an excellent result under ISO 26987:2008, supporting use in interiors exposed to routine cleaning agents and common commercial substances.
Low Residual Indentation: A residual indentation result of 0.02 mm helps the flooring maintain a smooth surface under normal furniture and equipment use.
Dimensional Stability: The listed dimensional stability and curling result after heat exposure is 0.00% under the stated ISO 23999:2021 test conditions.
Grade T Wear Resistance: The listed volume-loss result is 1.5 mm³, meeting the stated Grade T requirement of no more than 2.0 mm³.
Dry and Wet Slip Performance: The supplied data records a dry slip-resistance result of 0.52 and a wet result of 0.55 under the listed test method.
Sealed Installation System: When installed with compatible adhesive, hot-welding rods, and properly formed coving, the flooring can create sealed joints that support routine hygiene and maintenance procedures.
Custom Healthcare Surface Options: UV stain-resistant, antibacterial, and iodine-resistant surface treatments can be evaluated for healthcare projects. Performance requirements and relevant test reports should be confirmed before final specification approval.
