Textured Sports Surface with Optional SINOPROTECT Treatment
Our Cloth Pattern PVC Sports Flooring is designed for indoor badminton courts, table tennis halls, training centers, school gymnasiums and multipurpose sports facilities.
The textured surface supports controlled multidirectional movement, while the L-Cal foam backing provides different levels of shock absorption according to the selected flooring thickness. Available in thicknesses from 4.5mm to 8.0mm, the collection allows contractors and facility operators to select a suitable specification according to venue performance requirements and project budgets.
An optional SINOPROTECT surface treatment is available for projects requiring an upgraded surface protection solution. The final surface treatment specification should be confirmed before production.

- Multiple Performance Levels: Five thickness options allow contractors to select a firmer and more economical specification or a thicker floor with higher shock absorption.
- Thickness-Specific Shock Absorption: Shock absorption increases from at least 15% for the 4.5mm specification to at least 35% for the 8.0mm specification.
- Consistent Ball Performance: All listed specifications achieve a ball bounce result of at least 90% according to EN 12235.
- Controlled Sports Movement: A sliding coefficient of 80-110 helps provide controlled grip during lateral movement, pivoting and sudden stops.
- Stable Under Sports Loads: Vertical deformation is controlled at no more than 2mm, while indentation resistance is no more than 0.5mm.
- Commercial Durability: The 0.5mm wear layer, abrasion resistance of no more than 350mg and impact resistance of at least 8N/m support use in commercial indoor sports facilities.
- Indoor Environmental Performance: TVOC emissions after 28 days are below 200µg/m³, and the product passes toxic substance testing under GB 18586-2001.
- Optional Surface Protection: SINOPROTECT treatment can be selected according to project requirements and should be confirmed before production.
